@toystorysbiggestfan It is… just download him as DLC, you can also get his disguised version (the gremlin disguise thing lol)

Cool walkthrough of characters. love this game.
The DRH and the radiator springs crew(Flo, Ramone, Sheiriff,) are DLC on the console versions.
Im still waiting for anyone to upload the gameplay of the DLC in action, if anyone uploads them, I would be extremely grateful.
